NEW!—Announced March 14th
Silversea is embracing Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd's initiative about suspending cruising in the United States for the upcoming 30 days and it is extending this cancellation to other ships around the world.
Guests on voyages that are underway will conclude and they will be disembarked as soon as possible, and Silversea will assist with travel arrangements home.
It is in the process of advising our guests and their travel advisors about the cancellations of the following cruises:
• Silver Cloud (E4200320018) Cape Town to Tema (Accra) scheduled to depart on March 20th
• Silver Cloud (E4200407018) Tema (Accra) to Lisbon scheduled to depart on April 7th
• Silver Wind (2010) Fort Lauderdale to Bridgetown scheduled to depart on March 16th
• Silver Wind (2013) Bridgetown to Fort Lauderdale scheduled to depart on March 27th
• Silver Wind (SW200406016) Fort Lauderdale to Barcelona scheduled to depart on April 6th
• Silver Shadow (3005) Fort Lauderdale to Lisbon scheduled to depart on March 27th
• Silver Spirit (5006) Mumbai to Dubai scheduled to depart on March 15th
• Silver Spirit (5007) Dubai to Piraeus scheduled to depart on March 25th
• Silver Muse (6006) Auckland to Sydney scheduled to depart on March 17th
• Silver Explorer (E1200318009) Valparaiso to Easter Island scheduled to depart on March 18th
• Silver Explorer (E1200327014) Easter Island to Papeete scheduled to depart on March 27th
• Silver Explorer (E1200410013) Papeete to Lautoka (Fiji) scheduled to depart on April 10th
All booked guests on these affected voyages have the option to receive a 100% cash refund to their original method of payment, or a 125% Future Cruise Credit.
The above ships will restart operations offering the amazing Silversea Experience its guests are used to with the following itineraries:
• Silver Cloud (E4200507012) Lisbon to London scheduled to depart on May 7th
• Silver Wind (SW200430013) Barcelona to London scheduled to depart on April 30th
• Silver Spirit (SL200415009) Piraeus to Piraeus scheduled to depart on April 15th

- Future Cruise Credit (FCC) may be applied to any sailing through December 31, 2021.

Silversea’s existing cancellation policy offers guests long-term assurances on all sailings departing between June 1st and December 31st, 2020, while the ‘Cruise with Confidence’ policy covers upcoming voyages in the coming weeks.
FOR SAILINGS DEPARTING FROM TODAY UNTIL MAY 31ST 2020
Guests can cancel their booking up to 2 days prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit^ for the cruise portion of the booking. If they cancel in the last 48 hours before sailing, penalty will be 100% of the booking.
FOR SAILINGS DEPARTING BETWEEN JUNE 1ST AND JULY 31ST 2020
Guests have several options: 1) If they cancel up until 30 days prior to sailing date they can elect to receive either a 100% cash refund* or a 100% Future Cruise Credit^ for the cruise portion of the booking; 2) If they cancel between 30 days and 2 days prior to sailing they will receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit^ ; 3) If they cancel in the last 48 hours before sailing, penalty will be 100% of the booking. This cancellation will be subject to a customary administrative fee.
FOR SAILINGS DEPARTING BETWEEN AUGUST 1ST UNTIL DEC 31ST 2020
Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to departure and receive 100% cash refund* of the monies paid to Silversea. If they cancel inside the last 30 days before sailing, penalty will be 100% of the booking. This cancellation will be subject to a customary administrative fee.
^The Future Cruise Credit amount will exclude any amounts paid for air fees, air upgrades, deviation fees, pre, post and overland tours, transfers, hotels and insurance.
*Cash refund means original amount paid in the original currency refunded to the original method of payment. It will exclude any amounts paid for air fees, air upgrades, deviation fees, pre, post and overland tours, transfers, hotels and insurance.
