            Have a charge from our vacation club *************. I dont have any relationship with them or have bought anything through them. I tried to look up the company and realized a lot of people unknowingly have this charge. I contacted my credit card company.

            My ******** and a friend booked a cruise to the southern ********* to depart in late February, 2022. We all purchased travel insurance. Shortly after booking, we added our granddaughter to the trip. The travel agent who was assisting us neglected to include insurance for our granddaughter. We had to cancel the trip shortly before it was to depart due to a death in the family. That's when we found out that OVC had forgotten to insure granddaughter. OVC, thru emails, admitted that they had made a mistake in not obtaining insurance for her. My wife and I were sent a check for our insurance loss, But to this date, more than a year later, our friend and our granddaughter have not received anything. OVC has ignored our calls with regards to this matter although OVC Sales Manager did assure us that it would be paid. Now, we can get no response from OVC at all.
