If you have travel insurance, the first thing you should do is to contact your insurance provider for details about your policy. Many policies ask guests who test positive to make their own travel and quarantine arrangements. Payments are the responsibility of the guest, and claims for reimbursement may be filed after returning home. Be sure to check with your provider and keep detailed records of all payments made.

• If you are currently staying at a hotel, call down to the front desk to extend the hotel stay. If the hotel does not have availability, contact Online Vacation Center at CovidResponse@OnlineVacationCenter.com for alternative hotel options.
• If you are not currently staying at a hotel, contact hotels in the area to confirm a reservation in order to satisfy quarantine requirements. If you are at the airport, an airline concierge may be able to assist you. You may contact Online Vacation Center at CovidResponse@OnlineVacationCenter.com for hotel recommendations, but it is the responsibility of the traveler to make hotel arrangements and ensure that the hotel allows check-in for COVID+ guests.
