Oceania Cruises Unveils New OceaniaNEXT Foodie Enhancements.

Oceania believes food never stands still and as a brand that touts The Finest Cuisine At Sea, they can’t afford to either. At the beginning of each year, the Master Chefs sit down and plot a course for upcoming menus reflecting the chefs’ favorite experiences—from dishes they serve at Sunday family dinners to enticing emerging cuisines around the world, that have inspired them.

Additionally, this year OceaniaNEXT will bring exciting enhancements to current dining experiences like adding fresh, made-to-order Poke Bowls to Waves Grill and over 21 new menu options at Toscana.

The Grand Dining Room’s ever-changing slate of menu choices has been updated with more than two dozen new appetizers and main courses. Its popular Sunday Brunch will also introduce an Asian Noodle Bar, a gourmet Taco Corner, an impressive Salad Bar, a Smoothie Bar and a made-to-order Pasta Station.

Oceania Vista: A New Ship with New Culinary Experiences

When you sail brand-new Vista, you’ll be among the first to taste what Ember has to offer. This signature addition to Oceania Cruises’ family of restaurants offers inventive twists on American cuisine favorites. Aquamar Kitchen will offer new healthy dining options for breakfast and lunch like organic salmon almond toast.
