We stayed here last April 2023. We stayed in a large suite that was immaculate and upscale. Service from check-in to check-out was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond with certain requests we had (via whatsapp - super convenient). The location was great and everything was very walkable. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. Would return.

Hotel facilities are amazing and staff is friendly. All of our expectations were met and we plan to go back very soon. This was our 10th trip to BsAs and undoubtedly the BEST!

Second time we've stayed at the hotel and it was as good as we remembered. Great location, amazing staff as well as excellent breakfast buffet and other food and bar options

We spent one week at the hotel prior to our cruise from BA. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went above and beyond. We stayed on the palace side. The room was very comfortable and a special place to stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and an assortment of delicious macaroons. The front desk staff frequently checked in on us during our stay and made sure that we had everything we needed. The only constructive feedback we would provide to hotel management is that the quality of massage services in the spa was severely lacking. The spa facilities were wonderful but the therapist that provided me with a massage had no knowledge of a deep tissue massage. My massage was so awful that I ended it 15 minutes early. This is the first time I have had a massage where I felt. I was going to fall off the massage table and left more stressed than when I got there. I would highly encourage management to experience a spa massage from all therapist in the spa so they know what customers are getting.

I had a long layover between my flight arriving at Aeroparque and Ezeiza. Thought of having lunch at the Michelin recommended restaurant and wine bar including a serious tasting of top Mendoza wines. Unfortunately this means asking the hotel to look after my suitcase while I had lunch. The person who answered not only refused to allow me to do so, but hung up on me when I asked for more questions . I’m a seasoned Hyatt Bonvoy member and cannot accept this arrogant attitude. Fortunately the Four Seasons gladly took me in for lunch with my suitcase.
