The Reef House

Honestly, words can not describe how amazing our stay was. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of April and it was absolutely beautiful time of year, in a spectacular location at Palm Cove on the beach front, in the most luxurious resort I have ever been to. Usually there is always something you can fault, but with the Reef House, everything was perfect. The stay are so professional, kind and caring. And you can see from the way that they always try to help make your experience better that they legitimately love what they do. The food and drinks are high quality as if you are at a 5 star restaurant or bar, and the atmosphere around the resort is so relaxing. The inclusions that you get as well are mind blowing, each and every day there was something on and something to get involved in. Whatever the excuse or reason you need to go, I would 100% say to go to the Reef house, I cannot thank the staff enough for making our time so great. We will definitely be back soon!!!

This was a perfect holiday for four days of pure luxury. Our room was just fantastic with everything we could ever need for our stay. We did the cocktail glass - excellent. The wine appreciation class - very good. The stretch and breath class - excellent. The pools excellent. The afternoon drinks were friendly. The location is the best just across the road from the water with an excellent walking path. There are bikes for you to borrow.The staff were so friendly and professional making you feel so welcome. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. Thank you Reef House - you are the best.

What can I say about the wonderful reef house palm Cove. The moment you arrive you attended to the friendly staff. Offering you a drink on check in. The resort is do well appointed. You have everything in your room for a relaxing time. House staff are very friendly and good at their job. Pool waitress staff are lovely and could only give the food and drinks 5 starts. Spa is wonderful and so relaxing. I can’t recommend this resort highly enough. Do your self a favour and book some time there. You won’t be disappointed.

A luxury boutique intimate yet personable warm and professionally friendly resort hotel where all the staff regard all the guests as significant and valuable people. The rooms extremely comfortable in every respect, the food served is magnificent, the wine list is extensive, the activities offered are great, the position is excellent…. I could go on forever but go see and experience it for yourselves. We did and we have been returning guests.

Prepare to be pampered. Reef House goes above and beyond to give special experiences that would not normally be included. For example daily talks by knowledgeable specialists such as a marine biologist (about the reef), handing out sorbets around the pool, and daily punch around 5:00 pm. We should also mention the in-house restaurant in a verandah setting looking out onto the Coral Sea, which has deservedly been awarded best restaurant in the region for several years running. Last, but not least, the staff are always upbeat and hospitable, and often have extensive international experience.
