the hotel has a very good view and the room services were excellent. The staff were very proactive. The only issue was the check in timing.

We had a great time at Andaz. The only issue is the weird smell outside of the room towards the elevator. It seem it’s a humidity issue ! Other than that, the location is great . 5 mins walk to kampong glam community . Haji lane is 4 mins

This is a very nicely designed hotel, with lots of space, and many thoughtful amenities. Rooms have large windows, plenty of plugs, a complimentary mini bar of soft drinks, and even a filtered water tap plus refillable bottle. Wifi is decent, hair dryer is powerful, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful including made to order laksa, eggs, and many continental options. Note that there is a lot of construction in the area, but that didn’t disturb my room

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and courteous. Willing to try to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was good, with all the selections fresh. The subway station connects directly with the hotel. Overall, great experience.
