You’ll always get the best possible price—even after you book. If the fare on your booked sailing lowers or a better promotion is offered, contact us and we’ll honor that better price right up to 48 hours before you sail.

Future Cruise Credit
We know things can change. You have up to 48 hours before you sail to cancel and receive 100% of the amount paid in a Future Cruise Credit to use toward any sailing through June 2023.

Cancel up to 48 Hours Before you Sail

You have up to 48 hours before you sail to cancel and receive 100% Future Cruise Credit to use on a sailing that departs on or before December 31, 2022 or within one year from your original sailing date, whichever is later.

For cancellation within any phase of penalty, refunds will be issued as Future Cruise Credit (FCC) for the full cruise fare amount.
In order to receive 100% FCC, your booking must be paid in full.
For cancellation outside of penalty, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. (Only applicable in countries that offer a refundable deposit option).
Nonrefundable Deposit Bookings: If canceled outside of penalty, the full deposit amount will be returned (without penalty) in the form of an FCC.
If canceled within any phase of penalty, the cruise fare including full deposit (without penalty) will be issued as an FCC.
Bookings made with FCCs from suspended sailings will also benefit from the new Cruise With Confidence policy.

Best Offer Guarantee

If the fare on your sailing is reduced or the promotion gets better, give us a call and we’ll honor your choice right up to 48 hours before you sail. This applies to bookings made before March 31, 2022 for sailings up to September 30, 2022

You may change your offer as many times as desired up to 48 hours before sailing.
For bookings within final payment, any amounts owed will be refunded in the form of nonrefundable Onboard Credit. For bookings outside of final payment, any amounts owed will be refunded to the original form of cruise fare payment.
Bookings made after March 31, 2022, will be covered with our existing Best Price Guarantee policy.
Bookings made by UK & Ireland guests after March 31, 2022 will be covered by the existing Price Promise policy.

Holland America Line

Book a cruise by March 31, 2022 (that departs through September 30, 2022) and you can cancel for any reason up to 30 days before departure and automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit with our Flexible Cancellation. Additionally, you may cancel up to your sailing date if you test positive for COVID-19 and will also receive a Future Cruise Credit.

Eligible Bookings Meet The Following Criteria:

For cruise bookings made by March 31, 2022
Cruise embarking through September 30, 2022
Booking cancelled no less than 30 days prior to embarkation date. Or within 30 days of embarkation if you test positive for COVID-19.

For new and existing bookings made by January 31, 2022, for any voyage with an embarkation date through and including May 31, 2022, guests are free to cancel up to and including January 31, 2022 and get a full refund in the form of a Future Cruise Credit to be used for sailings that embark through December 31, 2022. Additionally, for all cruises departing through April 30, 2022, cancel up to 61 days prior for a full refund.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Regent Reassurance is a policy that seeks to give you flexibility, choice and the confidence to plan your Regent Seven Seas Cruises vacation. Regent Reassurance allows new and existing reservations that have paid in full to cancel up to 15 days* prior to the departure date and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit.

WHAT SAILINGS QUALIFY UNDER REGENT REASSURANCE?

For reservations made between May 18 and July 31, 2020 on voyages embarking through December 2022, guests who have paid in full have the option to cancel up to 15* days prior to departure date and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit.

For all reservations made before May 18, 2020 on voyages embarking on or before December 31, 2020, guests who have paid in full have the option to cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure date and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit.

For reservations made between August 1 and April 30, 2021 on voyages embarking on or before October 31, 2021, guests who have paid in full have the option to cancel up to 15* days prior to departure date and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit.

IF I CANCEL UNDER REGENT REASSURANCE, WHICH ITEMS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT?

The Future Cruise Credit will include 100% of the cruise fare paid in addition to any air charges, hotels, land programs, visas and RegentCare Travel Protection Program charges.

The following ancillary items purchased through Regent Seven Seas Cruises will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment:

Shore excursions and/or shore excursion packages
Reservations for the Culinary Arts Kitchen
Taxes

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO REDEEM MY FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT?

The Future Cruise Credit may be applied toward a new reservation(s) made within one year of the Future Cruise Credit issue date, toward a new or existing reservation (prior to final payment).

HOW MUCH DOES REGENT REASSURANCE COST, AND HOW DO I ENROLL?

There is no cost with Regent Reassurance.

CAN THE FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT VALUE BE APPLIED TOWARD MORE THAN ONE RESERVATION?

No, Future Cruise Credits earned off one booking may only be applied against another singular booking.

What you need to know

As long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your sail date, you’ll receive a Future Cruise Credit.
The Cruise with Confidence program covers bookings that are booked on or before October 31st, 2021, that set sail on or before April 30th, 2022.
Future Cruise Credits are valid to book by April 30th, 2022 and sail by September 30th, 2022.
You may owe any difference in cruise fare if your new booking exceeds the Future Cruise Credit’s value.

To be covered by this guarantee, you must make a reservation between March 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022.

When you are covered by the Risk-Free Guarantee you may change your cruise reservation with notification to Viking. Notification must be received as follows:
- For those with flights arranged by Viking, it must be received at least 24 hours prior to the time of flight departure.
- For those who arrange their own flights, it must be received at least 24 hours prior to the time of cruise embarkation or hotel check-in, whichever is first.
Reservation changes will be reimbursed in the form of a Future Cruise Voucher in the amount of 100% of any fees incurred.
