Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten) Art. 17 GDPR |
||
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals have the right to request that an organization erase their personal data, which removes or anonymizes each individual behavior. This includes personal data that’s collected by all European and non-European companies that store or process information on EU citizens, such as E-mail Address, Opt-in Status, Subscription Preferences, and other account data. Once "forgotten," this information cannot be retrieved or returned to your account at any point in the future.
Please Note: Erased data cannot be recovered. |
