Marina returns to her previously published schedule of departures beginning with the August 29, 2021 sailing from Copenhagen. All departures through September 30, 2021 aboard Riviera, Regatta, Insignia, Nautica and Sirena are cancelled. Additional ship restart dates will be communicated in the future.

All reservations under deposit or final payment with a credit card, check, or bank wire will automatically receive a full (100%) refund of all funds that have been applied to your reservation.

If your reservation has been deposited or paid in full utilizing a previously issued Future Cruise Credit, your Future Cruise Credit will be re-issued for the amount that was applied. Future Cruise Credits are not redeemable for cash refunds.

If you wish to book a similar or identical itinerary for 2022, you can reserve the dream voyage of your choosing with total peace of mind and confidence knowing that every sailing is covered by our Best Price Guarantee. The voyages impacted by this extension in pause of vessel operations include the following 2021 voyage departures:

Regatta – February 16, March 5, March 15, March 25, April 4

Nautica – January 5, January 19, February 2, March 4, March 18

Marina – January 8, January 18, January 28, February 17, March 9, March 19, April 9

Riviera – January 3, January 13, January 27, February 6, February 16, February 26, March 10, March 20

Sirena – January 5, January 20, February 4, February 28, March 10

To make up for the inconvenience of this suspension, guests who are currently booked on voyages departures noted above that are paid in full with cash funds (credit card, check, bank wire) will automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit worth 125% of the cruise fare paid. This is our way of providing even more value to our loyal guests to cruise with us at a later date. This Future Cruise Credit will be issued automatically and may be applied to any voyage on Oceania Cruises anywhere in the world through December 31, 2022 that is booked by December 2, 2021.

We have extended our pause in vessel operations to include Regatta’s scheduled sailings from Sydney, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand in January and February 2021.

To make up for the inconvenience of this suspension, guests who are currently booked on voyages departures noted above that are paid in full with cash funds (credit card, check, bank wire) will automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit worth 125% of the cruise fare paid. To make up for the inconvenience of this suspension, guests who are currently booked on voyages with embarkation dates from May 15th to June 30, 2020 will automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit worth 125% of the cruise fare paid. This is our way of providing even more value to our loyal guests to cruise with us at a later date.

During the past two weeks, Oceania Cruises has continued to monitor and evaluate scheduled itineraries and their ability to provide you with the travel experience you desire. In an abundance of caution, Oceania believes the most prudent action at this time is to extend their temporary pause of cruise operations on all scheduled voyage departures through May 10, 2020. We share your disappointment, but this decision has been made with everyone’s best interest in mind. The suspended voyages will be:

  • Riviera – April 19, April 29 and May 9, 2020
  • Sirena – April 25 and May 5, 2020
  • Marina – May 1, 2020
  • Regatta – May 2, 2020

Oceania introduced their new Travelers Assurance Program to give you the peace of mind knowing that should you need to cancel, for any reason, you will not lose a dollar. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to cruise departure and will receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid. Oceania has now extended the program for new and existing bookings made through June 30, 2020 for sailings departing through September 30, 2020.

Announced March 13th

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (“Norwegian” or “the Company”) (NYSE: NCLH), a leading global cruise company which operates the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands, today announced a voluntary suspension of all cruise voyages embarking between March 13 and April 11, 2020 for its three cruise brands.  The temporary suspension is aimed at contributing to efforts around the globe to contain the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.  This measure is taken in an abundance of caution and the Company has not experienced any confirmed cases of COVID-19 across its 28-ship fleet.

“The safety, security and well-being of our guests and crew is our highest priority.  With the COVID-19 coronavirus impacting communities around the globe, we have enacted a voluntary temporary suspension of cruise voyages across our brands effective immediately,” said Frank Del Rio, president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. “We understand the inconvenience that this disruption may cause our guests and travel partners during these quickly evolving and challenging times, and we appreciate their understanding as we partner with local, state, federal and global agencies to combat the spread of COVID-19.”

Guests on voyages that are underway will conclude and guests will be disembarked as soon as possible and assisted with travel arrangements.

Guests who are currently booked on voyages with embarkation dates from March 13 to April 11, 2020 on Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises or Regent Seven Seas Cruises are asked to contact their travel agent or the cruise line for more information. All guests on impacted voyages will receive a 125% refund of the fare paid in the form of a future cruise credit, which can be applied toward any future cruise through December 31, 2022. For guests who wish to not avail themselves of the 125% future cruise credit, a 100% refund of the fare paid will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 90 days of guests’ request. Travel partner commissions on canceled cruises will be protected as per normal policy.

Guests and Travel Partners can now have total peace of mind knowing that should they need to cancel, for any reason, they will not lose a dollar. Guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to cruise departure and will receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid.

Additionally, consumers and travel advisors can book with confidence knowing that up to day of sailing, should there be another applicable Oceania Cruises public promotion that offers a better value through amenities or price, they may take advantage of that promotional offer and/or price.

PROGRAM APPLICABILITY AND CONDITIONS:

NO-PENALTY CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid
  • Valid for all existing reservations for voyages departing from March 10, 2020 through September 30, 2020
  • Valid for all new reservations through April 30th for voyages departing from March 10, 2020 through September 30, 2020
  • Future Cruise Credit is valid for redemption for one year from date of issue for travel departing no later than December 31, 2022

  • Promotion or Pricing Adjustment requests are subject to voyage and accommodation category availability at time of request
