Worry-Free Booking Policy
For NEW 2020, 2021 and 2022 bookings, guests may:
Cancel their cruise up to 90 days after confirmation and receive a full refund of their deposit.
For NEW 2020 bookings, guests may:
Make a new booking with a 10% deposit, final payment is due only 30 days before sailing.
Up to 30 days prior to departure, full refund in case of cancellation.
For any booking between 29 days prior to sailing and sailing date, the cancellation penalty will amount to 100% of the booking value. The above cancellations and refunds are for the cruise only service. Full refund either in cash or future cruise credit, in case of cash refund client will be subject to a $250/200€/300AUD/200£ per pax administrative fee. Offer valid until further notice.
