COVID-19 Information for your Value Inclusive Package

Please view the following list of cities for resources related to COVID vaccine and testing requirements for U.S citizens traveling abroad. Please remember to check if your cruise line, airline(s) or any of the destinations that you will be visiting require proof of vaccination, booster, insurance and/or a negative test result for COVID-19, as well as any policies regarding masks or other safety measures. This document is provided as a resource for your convenience, but may not include complete information. It is strongly recommended to make a reservation for any COVID-19 tests that you may need prior to embarkation. Clients are responsible for arranging their own tests and any costs associated with testing will be at your own expense. The hotel Guest Services may also be able to assist you in finding a testing location close to your hotel. The phone number of your hotel will be provided in your Final Travel Details document, should you wish to call ahead of time. Please note: most Pharmacies in Europe are closed on Sunday.

RETURNING TO THE UNITED STATES

For international flights returning to the US, Click Here for the latest travel information. As of June 12, 2022, the CDC will no longer require air passengers traveling from a foreign country to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before they board their flight.

If your cruise line requires a negative test for embarkation, please note that they may accept a self-test/home test as long as it is done with telehealth supervision. In this case, it is our strong recommendation that clients purchase the self-test (with telehealth supervision included) ahead of time and bring it with them on their trip. This is the most convenient option as it does not require an appointment with a local testing center. If you intend to purchase a self-test/home-test to bring with you on your trip, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible to ensure that it arrives in time. Please keep in mind that if it is required that the test be administered under the supervision of a telehealth service, you likely need to purchase the test online with the telehealth service included, and cannot simply purchase any self-test/home-test at your local pharmacy.

Clients who prefer to schedule an appointment at a local testing center may get a taxi to and from the testing center, and the hotel can assist with calling a taxi. Due to the various appointment times for all of our clients, and the expectation that most clients will be using the telehealth option, we are unable to provide group transfers to testing facilities.

At the time this was written (2/18/2022) there is no need for an appointment to visit the airport’s testing center, as it is open 24 hours a day and seven days a week. The testing center is in front of Entrance 14 in Arrivals Hall. You must arrive at the airport at least 6 hours prior to your flight with a valid ticket and a valid passport, test results take up to 5 hours.
